Narcissistic and Psychopathic Leaders Sam Vaknin<p>The narcissistic leader fosters and encourages a personality cult. It bears all the hallmarks of an institutional religion, including priesthood, rites, rituals, temples, worship, catechism, and mythology. The leader is this religion’s ascetic saint.
