Criticism of the Prevailing Belief that Wood Combustion is CO2 - Neutral Frank Diederichs<p>Any fuel of plant origin that has grown by absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere via photosynthesis burns in a CO2-neutral way since virtually its entire carbon content is recycled into the atmosphere during combustion.
