<em>Salvia Rosmarinus</em>: A Comprehensive Review of its Phytochemical Composition and Pharmacological Properties Rahal El Kahkahi Meryama Moustaine Rachid Zouhair<p>Sacred since Antiquity for its virtues, the use of Rosemary has continued through the ages as an aromatic and medicinal plant. Today, it is an interesting alternative to environmental issues in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics. Rosemary, native to the Mediterranean basin, is a branchy, bushy evergreen shrub with persistent leaves.
