In Egypt around 8.1 million are estimated according to IDF 2015. Zinc is a trace element that acts as cofactor for synthesis, storage, stability and secretion of insulin by pancreas. There is a controversy studies regarding Levels of trace elements as Zinc in diabetic patients.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
