We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller who can contribute to the growth of our company. You will be responsible for closing conversations over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective tele caller representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities

Contact the potential authors and ask them to submit their article.
Contact existing authors to get the information regarding their article.
Answer questions about the company and its services.
Ask questions to understand author issues in submission or any other issue related to it.
Enter and update author information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

Requirements

Proven experience as tele caller representative or other sales/customer service role
Good knowledge of computer and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Salary and benefits:

Salaries are likely to be in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
For experienced and skilled candidates, the salary is never a constraint and on par with the industry standards.
The employees are also benefitted with PF/ESI/Health Insurance and other benefits depending on their eligibility.
