He operated a Software Development business for ten years. Thereafter, he handed over that business to his friend and founded Peertechz in 2014 to promote online publishing of medicine and science related articles in Open Access format. He has a remarkable track record in running Strategic Business Units in different service sectors.

	Mahalakshmi is using her considerable expertise in management and online publication to formulate and advise the organization on the next stage of its business growth. She has spent eight years with an online publishing company where she developed several new journals. Prior to that Mahalakshmi was head of Department of Chemistry in a leading University where she served for 4 years. She is a member of American Chemical Society (ACS). Having been involved with education and publication for over 10 years, she has seen the steady growth in the area of online publication as being a fundamental part of journals development and planning.

She also produce reports on under process and published articles. Soundarya has worked in Quality control departments of different leading publishing organizations for more than 10 years.

He is the key knowledge and contact point in the organization for legal compliance and business ethics. Ravi has served in the area of Ethical standards and Corporate Governance for different service sector organizations for more than 10 years.
